We would like to introduce the roof inspection conducted using a drone. The inspection target was the roof (dimensions 30.5m x 19.6m, area 842m²), and the inspection item was water leakage. As a result of the inspection, it was found that there were missing tiles, which could likely lead to water leakage. Since there was no dirt on the chipped areas, it appears that the damage has not been present for long, so it is believed that water leakage has not yet occurred. Additionally, with the drone owned by our company, it is possible to take high-resolution images even when zoomed in, as the camera can be positioned away from the structure.
